Deal Me In (Lot 21) is a colt by proven sire Ideal World out of the top class racemare Run Angel Run. The latter, a direct descendant of South Africa’s greatest broodmare Drohsky, won six times including the G3 Magnolia Handicap, and her relatives include champion Aquanaut and SA Derby hero Agitator.
Ideal World, whose best include champions Smart Call and Hermoso Mundo, is also the sire of another filly from the same family in the form of Ideal Angel (Lot 324). This bay is out of a ten time winning sister to Easter Handicap runner up Big City Angel and hails from the same family as Run Angel Run.
European champion Oratorio, recently represented by his 50th stakes winner, has four in this draft. They include a filly from the family of champions Colonial Girl and Edict Of Nantes (Lot 52), a filly whose dam was second in the Gauteng Fillies Guineas (Lot 325), a filly whose seven time winning dam is a half-sister to East Cape champion and 34 time winner Hear The Drums (Lot 407), and a half-brother to Godolphin Barb runner up Over Sure (Lot 468).

Another outstanding European galloper represented in the Winterbach draft is four time G1 winner Twice Over. The later is the sire of a colt (Lot 287) whose five time winning dam, a daughter of G1 winner Divided Loyalty, is a full-sister to the dam of recent Aquanaut Handicap winner Tambalang.

Hot sire Gimmethegreenlight is the sire of Johnny Hero (Lot 454) –a colt from the same family as champions Along Came Polly and Young Rake, while the Mambo In Seattle filly Forever Flame (Lot 262) is out of a winning half-sister to stakes performer Lucky Gambler and is bred on very similar lines to G1 Gamely Handicap winner Citronnade.
