Ndoro Stud will be offering four quality yearlings at the upcoming KZN Yearling Sale, due to take place at the Sibaya Entertainment World just days prior to the 2018 Vodacom Durban July.

First up in the Ndoro draft is a colt (by 61) by promising sire and G1 Middle Park Stakes winner Crusade. This colt is out of a four time winning half-sister to a G3 placed two-year-old, and he hails from the same family as this season’s G3 Prix Du Cap winner Elusive Heart, as well as Illuminator –who earned more than R8.5 million during an all too-short racing career.

G1 winner and proven sire Count Dubois has sired numerous high class performers already, with his string of stars including such champions as Asylum Seeker, Edict Of Nantes and French Navy. The son of Zafonic is represented in the Ndoro draft by a three-part sister (Lot 161) to Listed Irridescence Stakes winner Anglet –who was sired by Count Dubois’ Guineas winning son Biarritz. This is the family of champion filly Blushing Becky.

Current boom young stallion Master Of My Fate, whose first crop of 2yos include Listed Somerset 1200 hero Twist Of Fate, has a daughter (Lot 249) whose winning dam is an own sister to G2 performer Full Master and half-sister to six time stakes winner Grandalea. This is the same family as Equus Champion and triple G1 winning sire Capetown Noir, while the filly on offer’s third dam won the Cape Fillies Guineas.
Last, but not least, in the Ndoro draft is a chestnut colt (Lot 278) from the first South African crop of Travers Stakes winner and proven G1 sire Flower Alley. This colt, a half-brother to a multiple winner, is out of a winning half-sister to four time stakes winner Pacifica and his third dam is a half-sister to Gosforth Park Juvenile (C&G) Stakes winner and Cape Guineas second Pablo Zeta.
