Both Cornerstone and Dempers Studs will be offering quality drafts at this year’s National Two Year Old Sale in August.
The Cornerstone Stud offer two juveniles at the 2018 National Two Year Old Sale, with Dempers’ offering five lots (all by G1 winners) at the same sale.

Cornerstone’s pair includes Paw Patrol (Lot 169) a colt by G1 Premier’s Champion Stakes winner Potala Palace out of a winning Jet Master mare, who hails from the same family as the Jet Master sired Equus Champion In The Fast Lane and July champion Trademark.
The farm will also be offering Stormy Sky (Lot 212), a daughter of Black Minnaloushe, whose notable daughters include such G1 winners as Ash Cloud and Black Mamba. This filly is out of a five time winning daughter of Spook Express Handicap second Pacific Typhoon –an own sister to G3 winner Pacific Charm.

Dempers Stud’s draft kicks off with a filly (Lot 119) by increasingly successful sire Querari, whose notable daughters include G1 Thekwini Stakes victress Querari Falcon. The filly on offer is from the same family as Cape Fillies Guineas winning half-sisters Captain’s Lover and Ebony Flyer.

Gold Medallion winner and sire Seventh Rock is represented in the Dempers draft by a filly (Lot 121) whose winning dam is out of Strelitzia Stakes third Full Performance, while deceased dual Guineas winner Noordhoek Flyer has two in the draft, including a filly (Lot 133) from the family of high class performers Green Plains, Cosmic Light and Saratoga Dancer.

Noordhoek Flyer’s other juvenile is an unnamed filly (Lot 219) whose winning dam is a daughter of G1 SA Fillies Sprint winner Wonderful World.

Completing this draft is a filly (Lot 398) by outstanding speed sire and Champion 2YO Sire, Var. This well bred two-year-old is a half-sister to 3 winners, including G3 filly Love Vivien and she is out of a stakes placed winner of four.
