FOUR QUALITY LOTS FROM NARROW CREEK AND PAARL DIAMANT!
8 August 2018

Narrow Creek Stud and Paarl Diamant Estate (Agent) will be offering four smart juveniles at next week’s National Two Year Old Sale.

John Everett’s Narrow Creek Stud will be offering just a single lot at this year’s sale, and that is Fort Love (Lot 364).
This colt is a son of triple G1 winner and Equus Champion Elusive Fort, whose ever-growing list of stakes winning progeny include Siren’s Call, Lauderdale, Fort Ember, Freedom Charter, Elusive Heart and Oaks winner Secret Potion.

A half-brother to a winner, Fort Love is out of a Model Man half-sister to seven time stakes winner Buscador and he hails from the same Party Time family as champions Let’s Rock ‘N’ Roll, In The Fast Lane, and July hero Trademark.

Paarl Diamant will be offering a trio of fillies this year sired by Duke Of Marmalade, Master Of My Fate and Var respectively.

Driving Miss Daisy (Lot 44), a daughter of one of the country’s most promising young sires Master Of My Fate, is a full-sister to the very useful Lucky Dancer and she is out of a stakes placed daughter of Tiger Ridge and five time stakes winner Sparkling Nymph.

Reigning leading sire of 2yos and sire of more than 20 G1 horses, Var is represented in this draft by Way Of The World (Lot 209). A half-sister to a winner, this beautifully bred filly is out of a daughter of outstanding sire Street Cry (sire of such champions as Zenyatta, Winx and Oh Susanna), and multiple G1 winner Crimson Palace.

Cartier Champion and five time G1 winner Duke Of Marmalade has already made a splash with his first 2yos in South Africa including G3 winner Temple Grafin. He is the sire here of Burnt Paper Sky (Lot 324) a half-sister to two decent winners and out of high class racemare and Laisserfaire Stakes winner Joshua’s Mistress. Burnt Paper Sky is from the same family as July winning champion Heavy Metal and current smart performers Social Order and Twist Of Fate.
