Henham Stud’s the Rous Bros, will be offering two classy colts at the 2019 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale, with the pair being sired by two very exciting young stallions.

The multiple graded stakes winning Global View is a son of the world’s best stallion Galileo and hails from the same family as top class stallions Storm Bird and Green Tune. The Ascot Stud based sire has already made his mark in the sales ring, with members of his first crop making up to R1 300 000 and R650 000 earlier in the year.

Global View is represented in this draft by Confessor (Lot 414), a half-brother to three winners, whose winning dam is a half-sister to Equus Champion and multiple G1 winner Smart Call (also victorious in the G3 Stobart Energy Hoppings Fillies’ Stakes in Britain).

This is an outstanding female line with other notable performers including fellow champion and successful sire Greys Inn, Australian standout Zeditave and the fellow G1 winners Norzita, Melito and the dual classic winner Galatea.

Funky Music (Lot 459) is a colt by the triple G1 winner and Equus Champion Capetown Noir, a son of champion sire Western Winter who has made a very smart start with his first runners this season. Already sire of the classy stakes performer Brandina, Capetown Noir is a sire to follow in the coming months!

His son Funky Music is a half-brother to 2 winners including G2 Gauteng Fillies Guineas second Running Brave, and he is out of a full-sister to Darley Arabian winner Jet Jamboree, with his dam also a ¾ sister to G1 winner Love Is In The Air.
