Robertson farm, Klipdrift Stud, will be offering eight high-quality yearlings as agent at the 2019 KZN Yearling Sale.
The Klipdrif draft includes lots by such popular and promising sires as Duke Of Marmalade, Pathfork, Visionaire and Wylie Hall.
Cold Fusion (Lot 15) is a colt by Cartier Champion and well established sire Duke Of Marmalade and this colt is out of a stakes winning Var mare –who is a full-sister to Dahlia Plate winner Le Var.
Proven G1 sire Visionaire has three yearlings in this draft, with his trio including a colt (Lot 27) out of the dual stakes winning Trippi mare Agra, with the latter topping the sale at the recent Cape Mare And Weanling Sale.
Visionaire, who was both Leading First and Second Crop Sire in South Africa of his year, is also the sire of a filly (Lot 255) whose dam is a stakes winning daughter of Var and G2 winner She’s On Fire, and a colt (Lot 278) out of the very smart performer Temair, who was runner up in both the G3 Diana Stakes and G3 Prix du Cap.

Run To You (Lot 163) is a Philanthropist half-brother to three winners, including the very speedy five time scorer House Of Lorraine, while exciting Redoute’s Choice sire Wylie Hall is represented in this draft by a half-sister (Lot 183) to two multiple winners whose dam hails from an exceptional Argentinian family.
Irish champion Pathfork, a half-brother to this year’s G1 Preakness Stakes winner War Of Will, has two colts in the Klipdrif draft. His son No Looking Back (Lot 184) is out of a half-sister to the dam of G1 winner and Equus Champion It’s My Turn, while Prince Tyrion (Lot 219) is a son of a dual winning daughter of highly successful sire Holy Roman Emperor from the family of G1 winner Pillaging.
