Favour Stud will be offering nine two-year-olds at the 2019 Emperors Palace National 2YO Sale, which is due to take place at the TBA complex in August.

The Favour Stud draft is made up of lots by such popular stallions as Captain Of All, Futura, Soft Falling Rain, Visionaire and What A Winter, making this an extremely attractive consignment indeed!

Champion Sprinter Captain Of All, a leading first crop sire of 2018-2019, is represented in this draft by a three-parts sister (Lot 7) to the G2 filly Earth’s Orbit, with this filly also being a half-sister to Winter Oaks/Settlers Trophy winner Francia and to the stakes placed dam of G3 performer Desolate Road.

Horse Of The Year, and four time G1 winner Futura has two members of his first crop in this draft –a filly (Lot 135) whose dam is a daughter of G1 winner Gilded Minaret, and a half-sister (Lot 161) to five winners including the smart stakes performer Pole Star.

Dynasty’s triple G1 winning son Jackson is another multi-represented in the Favour draft, with Jackson’s trio including a half-brother (Lot 145) to classy filly Horse Haizi, a half-brother (Lot 216) to Listed Wolf Power Handicap victor Arctica, and a half-brother (Lot 366) to seven winners –including the graded winners Supreme Sunset and Northern Heritage.

Visionaire, whose progeny include the graded stakes winners Takingthepeace, Heaps Of Fun, Africa Rising and The Thinker, is the sire of a filly (Lot 300) out of Golden Slipper winner Princess Sassi, while short-lived champion Soft Falling Rain is responsible for a filly (Lot 309) out of the Elliodor sired G2 Tibouchina Stakes winner Red Dor.

Last but by no means least in this draft, is a colt by four time G1 winner and red-hot sire What A Winter. The latter is the sire of a colt (Lot 376) whose winning Tale Of The Cat sired dam hails from the same family as globetrotting G1 Mercury Sprint winner War Artist- to name but one!
