Hein Moller’s Ten Einde Stud will be offering two well bred fillies at this year’s Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale.
Promising young Tapit horse Coup De Grace, currently one of the leading first crop sires in South Africa, is represented on the sale by a filly (Lot 268) from a top-class Australian family.
This filly, yet to be named, is a half-sister to no fewer than six winners including G3 Final Fling Stakes winner Harlem Shake, and the winning dam of this season’s Listed Cape Town And Western Cape Marketed By Wesgro Summer Juvenile Stakes runner up Emblem Of Hope.

Her dam Malakeh is a Snippets half-sister to Spook Express Handicap winner Miss Galilei and the stakes placed Make It Raine.
Further back, this is the family of such standout performers as Viewed (G1 Melbourne Cup), Weekend Hussler (Australian Horse Of The Year), Noble Heights (G1 New Zealand 1000 Guineas), and Sky Heights (G1 Caulfield Cup).
Ten Einde will also by offering a filly (Lot 281) by G1 King’s Bishop Stakes winner Visionaire at this year’s National Sale, and this filly, named Future Thinker, also has a lot going for her.
Not only was Future Thinker sired by South Africa’s Leading First Crop Sire of 2014-2015, she is out of a very well bred daughter of top sire and emerging broodmare sire Var in the form of Miss Einstein.
The latter, a half-sister to graded winners Royal I.Q. and Mentor, is a three-parts sister to Umngeni Handicap winner Schiffer (by Var), who ran third, to subsequent Fillies Guineas winner Rumya, in the 2012 G1 Golden Slipper.
Further back, this is the family of G2 Gauteng Fillies Guineas runner up Winter Ade, herself the dam of one this season’s leading three-year-old fillies in the form of Rio’s Winter.
The 2020 National Yearling Sale is set to take place in Germiston, at the TBA complex, from April 22nd to April 24th.
