Stone Hill Stud will be offering three quality yearlings at the 2020 Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale.
The draft is made up of lots sired by boom sire Vercingetorix and his champion sire Silvano, as well as by the very well performed Tapit horse Coup De Grace.

Equus Champion, and former National Sale graduate, Vercingetorix has made a stunning start to his stud career with the Maine Chance Farms resident’s early runners including G2 Gauteng Guineas winner Ikigai and millionaire African Warrior.
The son of Silvano is represented in this draft by a colt (Lot 20) who is from the family of such standout G1 winners as Rodoille, Pointing North and Wainui, and this colt is closely inbred to former top local stallion National Assembly.

Vercingetorix’s champion sire Silvano, whose star gallopers this season include such G1 winners as Kilindini and Zillzaal as well as Triple Tiara hope Summer Pudding, is responsible for a really smart filly (Lot 173) in the Stone Hill draft.
The filly in question is out of the regally bred Fastnet Rock daughter Gladly, a half-sister to two stakes performers, and she is from the same family as G1 Irish Derby/Coronation Cup winning sire Soldier Of Fortune and G1 Dewhurst Stakes victor Intense Focus among others.

Coup De Grace, winner of both the G2 Amsterdam and G3 Bay Shore Stakes during his career, is another stallion represented by an impressive yearling in this draft. His colt (Lot 217) out of the stakes placed Trippi mare Jeweller’s Joy hails from an outstanding family, with his relatives including this season’s top-class three-year-old Viva Rio, champion Breyani, and the graded stakes winners Moscow Rising, A Womens Way and A Daughters Legacy.
