TOP SORTS TO BE FOUND IN NDORO'S NATIONAL SALE DRAFT

Ndoro Stud will be offering nine yearlings at this year's Emperors Palace National Yearling Sale, with their draft made up of some very well related thoroughbreds indeed.

The farm's nine strong draft is made up of yearlings by such notable G1 winners as Admiral Kitten, Duke Of Marmalade, Flower Alley, Querari, Rafeef, Soft Falling Rain and What A Winter.
Ill-fated champion Soft Falling Rain, already sire of the likes of Montreal Mist, Gin Fizz and World Radar, has two colts on offer. His colt (Lot 15) out of the winning Captain Al mare Allora, a half-sister to G2 winner Divine Odyssey, is from the same family as champion and outstanding sire Blushing Groom, while Zephira, a three-parts sister to five time G1 winner and Horse Of The Year Yard-Arm, also has a Soft Falling Rain colt (Lot 478) on sale.

Atlantic Beach, a 3 time winning half-sister to G1 J&B Met winner Martial Eagle and dual Algoa Cup victor Nebula, has a filly (Lot 28) by Cartier Champion Duke Of Marmalade on sale, while Song Of Victory, a winning 3/4 sister to East Cape Fillies Nursery winner The Merry Widow, has a colt (Lot 405) by the Danehill sired Duke Of Marmalade.

Flower Alley, whose numerous high-class offspring include the Kentucky Derby winning champion I'll Have Another, has a filly (Lot 78) on offer whose dam is a winning half-sister to Oaks winner Carolina Cherry, the dam of champion Cherry On The Top and granddam of this season's top three-year-old Summer Pudding.

Another attractive lot in Ndoro's draft is the What A Winter half-sister (Lot 209) to G2 Senor Santa Handicap winner Dollar Dazzler, while the consistently successful Querari is represented here by a colt (Lot 211) out of Victress Stakes runner up Jabulani Jive.
Computaform Sprint winner Rafeef, whose first yearlings have already fetched up to R2 200 000, has a colt (Lot 428) out of a dual winning half-sister to 3 stakes winners, notably dual G1 winner Snowdance, while G1 Secretariat Stakes hero Admiral Kitten's sole lot in this draft is a colt (Lot 307) whose dam is a winning half-sister to G3 winning two-year-old Brilliant Cut.
