BEAUMONT STUD OFFER QUALITY TRIO AT KZN SALE

Beaumont Stud, breeders of dual Horse Of The Year Variety Club as well as the very progressive sprinter Meu Capitano, will be offering three well bred yearlings at this year’s KZN Yearling Sale.
This trio consists of fillies sired by Danon Platina and Pathfork, and a colt by the very much inform Master Of My Fate.

The latter, whose sons include champion Tempting Fate as well as the likes of Atticus Finch, and the Guineas winners Twist Of Fate and Zapatillas, is represented here by Treetops (Lot 14). The latter, very closely related to the Master Of My Fate sired G3 Betway Victory Moon Stakes winner Atticus Finch, is out of a winning Judpot own sister to G1 Durban Golden Horseshoe winner Forest Indigo, with this colt’s dam Aberdaire a three-parts sister to the dam of this season’s G1 Wilgerbosdrift H F Oppenheimer Horse Chestnut Stakes winner Main Defender.

Main Defender’s G1 winning sire Pathfork, whose progeny also include this season’s dual G1 winner Royal Victory, is another high-class sire represented in this draft. He is the sire of a three-parts sister (Lot 134) to Betway Insurebet Listed Jockey Club Stakes winner Flower Of Saigon (the latter’s sire Flower Alley, like Pathfork, was sired by Distorted Humor).

Last, but not least, on offer is the Danon Platina full-sister (Lot 115) to this season’s promising two-year-old Grey Fantacy. The latter won at the second time of asking before going on to finish a creditable third in the G3 Tabgold Strelitzia Stakes.

This well bred filly hails from an outstanding female line, with her numerous high-class relatives including Triple Crown winning sire Malmoos, Breeders’ Cup hero Pluck and champions Kings Gambit, London News and Promisefrommyheart.

These three lots can be viewed from Block C at the Suncoast Casino in Durban.
