Ndoro Stud enjoyed another good season in the recently concluded 2022-2023 season when their flagbearers included the likes of G3 Politician Stakes winner Rockpool and fellow smart performers Callmewhenuneedme, Twin Turbo, Blue Holly, and Listed Durbanville Cup winner Thefutureisbright.

The farm will be bringing a seven strong string to this year’s August Two Year Old Sale, with Ndoro set to offer two-year-olds sired by the likes of Danon Platina, Flower Alley, Rafeef and South Africa’s reigning champion sire Gimmethegreenlight.

The latter, responsible for, among others, last season’s G1 winners Bless My Stars, Gimme A Prince, Lucky Lad and Sandringham Summit, has two lots on offer here. Former G3 Yellowood Handicap winner Enchanted Kingdom has a Gimmethegreenlight full-brother (Lot 164) to smart performer T’Challa on sale, while Galaxy Gold, a dual winning half-sister to July winning champion Heavy Metal, has a Gimmethegreenlight half-brother (Lot 182) to the stakes placed Aadehya on offer.

Other potential standouts in Ndoro’s August Sale offering include the Danon Platina filly (Lot 51) from the family of outstanding fillies Hard Not To Love and Wonder Gadot, and the Rafeef half-brother (Lot 219) to G2 Senor Santa Handicap winner Dollar Dazzler.
