Danika Stud, breeders of champions Kings Gambit and Kochka, will be offering a trio of colts at this year’s August Two Year Old Sale.

The farm will be offering a pair of colts by Global View, and will be offering another Global View colt, on behalf of the Missing U Syndicate- whose star filly She’s A Keeper was raised and reared by Danika Stud.

A son of the legendary Galileo, Global View has made a cracking start to his stud career, and was South Africa’s Leading First Season Sire of 2019-2020.

His early stars include East Cape champion Global Drummer, a winner of ten of his first 13 starts, and Listed East Cape Fillies Nursery winner Sound Check.

The latter is closely related to two of the three lots that Danika Stud are bringing to this year’s August Sale, with both Elmhurst (Lot 251) and Global Impact (Lot 52) hailing from the same female line as Sound Check.

Out of a three-parts sister to the smart Air Pocket, Elmhurst himself is a half-brother to 3 winners notably the very smart Silver Class, who earned nearly R1 000 000 on the racetrack.

Global Impact, offered on behalf of the Missing U Syndicate, is out of a stakes placed, four time winning daughter of Silvano -who is closely related to the Danika bred Equus Champion Kings Gambit.

Danika Stud will also be offering the Global View colt Global Outlook (Lot 103), with this colt out of a five time winning half-sister to Derby Trial winner Gambado.
