DAYTONA DISPERSAL CATALOGUE NOW ONLINE

Daytona Stud, breeders of a host of top-class horses over the years including multiple champion sprinter, and now leading sire, What A Winter, will be hosting an online dispersal sale next month.

The sale, set to take place on July 14th at 13:00PM, will be conducted via the Zoom platform.

Buyers will have the chance to acquire some top-class broodmares as well as some very well bred weanlings.

The sale will also offer breeders the chance to buy mares in foal to such stallions as Canford Cliffs, Lancaster Bomber, One World, Rafeef and What A Winter.

Among the mares on offer are:

Fear Not (Lot 1) -a G3 placed winner of four who sells in foal to G1 Tattersalls Gold Cup winner Lancaster Bomber.

Konkola (Lot 3) -a stakes winning own sister to G2 Gold Bracelet winner Miyabi Gold and half-sister to both G3 winner Ultimate Dollar and promising two-year-old Ravensthorpe, offered in foal to What A Winter

Liquid Force (Lot 4) -a half-sister to graded stakes winners Miyabi Gold and Ultimate Dollar, as well as to the likes of Konkola and Ravensthorpe, she sells in foal to What A Winter

Magic Penny (Lot 5)- a stakes winning Silvano mare, she sells in foal to the Daytona bred champion What A Winter

Mkushi Gold (Lot 6) -the dam of three stakes winners, including graded winners Miyabi Gold and Ultimate Dollar as well as Jockey Club Stakes heroine Konkola and the promising Ravensthorpe, she is a stakes placed half-sister to champion Disco Queen and the stakes placed dam of champion French Navy

Six Blue Notes (Lot 8) -third in both the G1 Thekwini Stakes and G1 Golden Slipper, this mare is in foal to Met winner One World

Vanilla Twilight (Lot 10)-the three time winning dam of G3 Protea Stakes winner Twilight Moon sells in foal to Captain Al’s son One World

What Fun (Lot 11) -this winning own sister to Kenilworth Cup winner Mercurana is a half-sister to champion Marinaresco and current star filly Marina

Among the stars bred by Daytona Stud are the aforementioned What A Winter, the remarkable, globetrotter Tiza, G1 winning fillies Geepee S and Sport’s Chestnut, and graded stakes winners Miyabi Gold, Ultimate Dollar and Whiteline Fever.
