KEIVAN STUD BRING TERRIFIC TRIO TO KZN YEARLING SALE

Keivan Stud have bred a host of high-class gallopers over the years, with the farm’s more recent flagbearers including Listed World Sports Betting East Cape Derby winner Machete Man and 2023 G2 World Sports Betting SA Nursery runner up Jerusalema Rain, among others. Vanessa Williams will be offering a trio of quality yearlings to the 2024 KZN Yearling Sale, and shrewd buyers would be advised to pay close attention to the Keivan trio.

Met winning champion One World has made a sensational start to his stud career, with the son of Captain Al on track to set a new record of individual winners for a South African first season sire this year.
The former Equus Champion is doubly represented in Keivan’s KZN draft, and both yearlings look sure to appeal to plenty of buyers.

Boundless Deep, a twice winning daughter of Var who hails from the family of last year’s G1 Hollywoodbets Durban July winner Winchester Mansion among others, has a One World filly (Lot 37) on sale, with this filly also hailing from the family of champions Pointing North and Trip Of Fortune.
One World is also represented here by a colt (Lot 139), a half-brother to three smart winners, out of a three-parts sister to Dubai champion and successful sire Asiatic Boy, with this colt’s other notable relatives including US champion Revidere and high-class sire Harlan’s Holiday, among many others.
Trippi horse Gold Standard made a splash when his small first crop produced the graded stakes winners Golden Hostess and Hold My Hand, and the Selangor Cup winner is represented in this draft by a colt (Lot 135) whose four time winning dam is a full-sister to G3 Strelitzia Stakes winner Royal Pleasure.

These three yearlings can be viewed from Blocks G and H at Durban’s Suncoast Casino.
