NDORO STUD OFFER QUALITY QUARTET AT KZN SALE

Ndoro Stud has been in the news this season. Not only did the Ndoro bred Fire Attack claim the G2 TAB SA Nursery back in April, but the Ndoro Stud bred Blue Holly won this season’s Need For Speed Sprint at Hollywoodbets Kenilworth.
Other smart current flagbearers for Ndoro Stud include 2024 Listed Breeders Champion Cup winner Dindingwe, the promising Strathclyde, and R800 000 plus earner Twin Turbo.

The farm will be bringing four very smart yearlings to this year’s KZN Yearling Sale, with the Ndoro quartet made up of two fillies by Querari, as well as a colt by Legislate and a filly by the very much inform stallion Master Of My Fate.
Twice South Africa’s Leading Sire of 2YOs, Querari has had another fine season in 2023-2024 with his flagbearers this season including such graded stakes winners as Master Redoute and Questioning, as well as G1 Gold Medallion runner up Cosmic Speed.
He is represented here by a full-sister (Lot 23) to 2021 G2 East Coast Radio Tibouchina Stakes winner Caya Coco as well as by a filly (Lot 74) whose stakes placed dam is a full-sister to the dam of 2024 G1 Wilgerbosdrift H F Oppenheimer Horse Chestnut Stakes winner Main Defender. The latter has already earned more than R2.2 million, with Main Defender having won four graded stakes races thus far.
Master Of My Fate has some very exciting two-year-olds in 2023-2024, including Splicethemainbrace and brilliant debut winner Lock And Key, and is represented in Ndoro’s KZN draft by a full-sister (Lot 164) to a multiple winner, with this filly’s dam Rainy Day a half-sister to 2 stakes winners including G2 Gold Circle Oaks winner Veiled Essence.
Last but by no means least, is the Legislate colt (Lot 52) out of Creme Caramel, a half-sister to Listed Racing Association Stakes runner up Seattle Flame. This regally bred colt, inbred to former champion South African sire Fort Wood, hails from the immediate family of Triple Tiara winning Equus Champions Cherry On The Top and Summer Pudding, among many others.

This draft can be viewed from Blocks A and B at the Suncoast Casino in Durban.
