Ndoro Stud, whose current flagbearers include Zimbabwe star Dindingwe, will be offering five exceptionally well related yearlings at this year’s National Sale.
The five yearlings making up this draft were sired by such high-profile and popular stallions as Futura, Gimmethegreenlight, Master Of My Fate and the very exciting young sire Rafeef.
Red hot sire Gimmethegreenlight, whose top-class son Yulong Prince has been retired to stud in Australia, is represented here by a colt (Lot 425) who hails from the same family as reigning South African Horse Of The Year Summer Pudding and fellow Triple Tiara winning champion Cherry On The Top.
Horse Of The Year Futura has two colts on offer namely a full-brother (Lot 130) to the multiple stakes winning Dindingwe, and a colt (Lot 308) bred on very similar lines to the stakes winning dam of exported G1 Cape Guineas winner Noah From Goa.
Another rising star represented in Ndoro’s draft is Master Of My Fate, with the sire of G1 winners Sentbydestiny and Tempting Fate represented here by a colt (Lot 205) out of a dual winning half-sister to G2 Gold Circle Oaks winner Veiled Essence.
Ndoro will also be offering a Rafeef colt (Lot 282) who hails from one of the hottest families in the South African stud book. Out of a dual winnning half-sister to three black type winners, notably dual G1 winner Snowdance, this blue blooded colt’s granddam is G3 Kenilworth Fillies Nursery winner Spring Lilac, herself a half-sister to champions Bela-Bela and Rabiya.
