Riverton Stud, breeders of numerous equine stars, including Astrix, Captain Of All and Domino Man, over the years, will be offering five very classy two-year-olds at the upcoming August Two Year Old Sale. The farm will be offering a Quasillo filly and William Longsword colt, with Riverton also acting as agent with two-year-olds sired by Captain Of All, Master Of My Fate and the outstanding Vercingetorix.
Duncan Barry is, understandably, upbeat about his August Sale draft, and had the following comments to make about Riverton’s string.

Big, scopey, balanced, good walking filly.
By the sire of multiple graded stakes winning filly Ameena, she is from the family of G1 winning fillies Helenita and Little Ballerina.
Lot 240: c William Longsword -On High, by Seventh Rock
Big, strong, high-quality colt that exudes confidence.
By the sire of Dyce, Rulership and Sabre Strike, this colt’s granddam is a Jet Master half-sister to globetrotting champion Jay Peg.
Lot 154: Captain’s Pride f Captain Of All -Hidden Nest, by Western Winter
Quality head with a kind eye, strong looking filly with great depth of girth. Forward type with substance and should come to hand early.
A daughter of a Riverton Stud bred champion sprinter, this filly is a full-sister to the high-class Captain Lannister.
Lot 278: Trip Of Faith f Master Of My Fate -School Run, by Trippi
Epitome of athleticism, scope and muscle. Very imposing, well grown filly with good reign, girth and a great attitude.
By the same sire as G1 winning fillies Sentbydestiny and Zarina, this filly is from the same family as Kentucky Derby runner ups Desert Wine and Menifee.
Lot 296: Wild Justice c Vercingetorix -Sovereign Flo, by Captain Al
He is very good looking and beautifully topped. A correct, quality colt. He has a well-muscled hind quarter and is very pleasing on the eye.
By the same sire as 2024 G1 Hollywoodbets Durban July winner Oriental Charm, this colt is a full-brother to the very classy Supreme Warrior.
