Not only does this consignment include two-year-olds by the likes of Buffalo Bill Cody, Fire Away, Hawwaam, Rafeef and Vercingetorix, it also contains the offspring of such high-class mares as Alboran Sea, Festival Of Fire, Gorongosa, Indira, Laverna and Sarasota, to name but a few.

Wilgerbosdrift’s Shane Van Zyl is confident that buyers will like what they see, and he had the following comments to make about a few of the standout lots in his draft:

From a lovely female line, he has a lot of scope and is well balanced and a good mover.
Lot 145:Last Wild Place f Fire Away -Gorongosa
She is a strong filly with a lot of substance and very correct.
Lot 169: Bangladesh c Buffalo Bill Cody-Indira
One of my favourites, he is strong with good conformation and is a typical speedy type.
Lot 183: Lovable f Rafeef -Kissable
Big strong filly with lots of substance, and she is very correct.
Lot 242:Nomore Bullets c Fire Away-Oojooba
He is well balanced with a lot of scope and is very correct and a likeable type.
Lot 275: Sendai c Danon Platina – Sarasota
A colt with good confirmation, he is strong, well balanced and very correct.
Lot 292:Top Floor c Rafeef-Sky Capers
He is a big strong colt with a lot of substance and very correct, a workmanlike type.

She is a strong well balanced filly with a phenomenal female line.
