SUIKERBOSVIEW STUD TO OFFER A SPELLBINDING COLT AT NATIONAL SALE

The Suikerbosview Stud will be offering an exceptionally well related colt at this year’s National Yearling Sale, due to take place in Germiston on April 15th and 16th.

Not only is this colt from the first crop of a dual G1 winning stallion, but he is a half-brother to one of the most exciting fillies currently in training in South Africa.

A son of G1 Daily News 2000/G1 Premier’s Champion Stakes winner Rabada, the colt (Lot 434) in question is out of Kingmambo’s prolific daughter Deceptive Charm.

The latter made headlines this year through the feats of her exciting two-year-old daughter Under Your Spell, with the latter winning her first three starts impressively, with Under Your Spell capturing both the G3 Protea Stakes and Listed Ruffian Stakes earlier in the season.

However, Under Your Spell is just one of six winners produced by her well bred dam, herself a full-sister to the very smart galloper Shahin, with Deceptive Charm also dam of both dual G3 Track And Ball Oaks winner Witchcraft and the more than useful In Cahoots.

Out of a stakes winning full-sister to successful Cape sire Casey Tibbs, Deceptive Charm is from the same family as a host of international stars notably such G1 winners as Sarah Lynx, Sword Of Osman and Zagalia, not to mention the outstanding full-brothers Le Moss and Levmoss.

The Gauteng based Suikerbosview Stud will be making their National Sale debut this year, and they look to have a great chance of making a very smart first impression!
